How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe gentleman working today - didn't get his name - was super helpful, nice, and very professional
Joseph DThe gentleman who checked me in was very efficient and really seemed in command of the location. I was impressed.
William MFirstly, I was second in line for the Uhaul office at the emissions center. After the customer in front of me left, one person immediately went on break and the other person took a personal phone call and then went and sat in a dropped off UHaul for 10 minutes. Then, when I was finally seen, I specifically asked to change my reservation/drop off location from to a location in town. The employee wrote down the location of the new drop off, said he would take care of it and it "should be fine" and sent me on my way. Then, that evening after drop off, I got a significant "wrong drop off" fee. I still have not resolved this issue.
Palmer BExcellent customer service and experience.
