He was the most unprofessional and rootist customer service I've ever received they gave me a contract had not legible writing on it because said the ink needed to be replaced in the printer. when I took it back and disagreed with the charges I showed them my paper my part of the contract that they gave me when I got the vehicle and then they would not return it they never did return that piece of paper even when I called the office. They made me a copy that was darker and more legible totally crooked.EDWARD P.

Perhaps have the gas topped off before renting out the truck. The truck only had 1/4 tank. Fortunately I put 15 miles round-trip on the vehicle, so it was enough. If it were a longer distance, I would of had to stop and fill it up. Everything else was good.Jesse C.

Only issue was the mileage charges added. Uhaul's system did not take into consideration that I had to pick up the truck on Ina then drive it to a rural area, Picture Rocks, to load my belongings. That put me over the allotted miles and extra charges. I feel that calculation error is on uhaul and I should be refunded the extra charges.Pamela W.

It's in a vacant and somewhat scary part of town. The drop-off day was incorrectly written down, and as a result I was charged extra at the end of my trip.Tamara H.
The lady was very nice, but seemed slightly unprepared. She didn't know much about the operation of the vehicle and explained only a few things that turned out to not be correct. The biggest complaint is that it was marked full when in reality it was below full which I brought to her attention. She called the drop off place to let them know. Good thing. I filled it up near pick place and it was 5 gallons short!dave V.

This location is a major scam and should have their right to represent uhaul revoked! This location is not a uhaul location and gives uhaul a very poor image! They tried scamming us on our fuel( said we left it empty when we filled it back to the amount we received it), said we left it dirty ( we left it in pristine condition) , and finally said we went over our miles( we had 8 to spare)MICHAEL T.

The truck was well-maintained but quite obviously old and a little "rough." Online, we arranged to pick up the truck at 9am and return it at 11pm. When we picked it up we were told that it had to be back by 6pm. I had to go back to school in the evening. I received a phone call at 5:45 asking where the truck was and if I knew what was going on. The gentleman was not exactly pleasant. My husband was calling them at that exact moment to say that he couldn't make it before 6:30. The company was 'nice' enough to allow us to keep the truck until they opened at 9am the following day. If it wasn't there by 9:30 we would be charged for another day. We had not figured into our hectic schedules time to return the UHaul the next day because we planned on doing it the night we rented it. My husband returned it at 9:20 while I was already at work. At 9:45 I received a text message stating that the truck was over-due. Seriously, the online and the brick-and-mortar really need to work onEric B.
