the location was easy the problem was uhaul and the U-Haul app. when I first booked this truck uhaul did not warn me or prompt me that this location was self service only. This lead to a series of problems for pick up and drop off making my moving day much more stressful. The U-Haul app is extremely confusing and was not user friendly. The people I spoke with at uhaul were competent and very helpful to resolve issues however there were long wait times, and being shuffled around. this experience was stressful and will re thank using uhaul in the future because of it
Colin FThe location and manager were great, but the check in process took 30 minutes because the approval process (i wasn’t warned about), all the photos took forever to take, and the app didn’t give me a code for the key and the manager had to find it and get me the key.
