Uhaul's insistence on using a mobile app to verify the return of a rental truck was extremely annoying. It was dark, freezing cold and Uhaul's genius idea was to take their verifying survey in the middle of a blizzard! My phone was dead because there was no way of charging it in the truck and the threat of a $20 added fee just because I couldn't follow some idiotic protocol was unreasonable and very irritating! Will likely consider any competition in the future.

Did not have the truck size I wanted (broken trucks on the lot, giving the appearance of having more available than what there was), so I had to go one size larger. The person who checked me out clearly did not want to be at work/helping customers. Terse and not very friendly bordering on unpleasant.

The gentleman that helped me was very nice and seemed very experienced. Customer service was excellent and resolved my problem. However, when I opened the back, it had not beed swept out and there were dead roaches. Not very inviting!

Lady that checked me out was not friendly at all, boarder line rude. The truck windshield was covered with bugs. The truck had an odor inside. Was not pleased at all. Also left a quarter of a tank more in it, I texted about that with no reply from U-Haul. But yet I was charged more for mileage overage, least that's what I think it was for. I will travel further to get equipment from U-Haul if there is a next time

The counter person mumbled, started conversations with two other people while processing my order, was vague in her responses. Started walking away from me, leaving me standing at the counter. I called, "Hey am I supposed to follow you?" To which she nodded. She could use some instruction in customer service - look them in them eye, speak clearly, tell them what you are going to do, say please follow me, and thank you for doing business with us.

Uhaul customer service is rude. Basically calling us a liar when we told her the pick up location is closed on Sunday. Had an extra charge and shouldn't have. Very poor customer service

Windows of cab were left cracked, it rained inside. The seats were wet. There were multiple two wheel carts and many blankets left in the back. The customer service rep was rude, did not greet us, did not explain anything about the contract, the gas tank, or the functions of the vehicle. Very disappointed.

No one listened to the rental requests. We received numerous phone calls the day of picking up the rental and day of returning. We requested to pickUp mid morning and would drop off the following day prior to close. When we returned the truck, no one was around to assist with the return. I absolutely will not rent from this location again.

I thought it off that the mileage went over by "a couple miles from what was projected, and you owe use $2.57" even though I filled the gas tank up above 3/4. Talk about knit-picky service.

I am extremely frustrated that I was 20 minutes later than expected and I was charged for one full day. My error but $40.00 for being 20 minutes late seemed extreme. Also when I told individual that the trailer was leaking I would of preferred a followup question regarding my personal belongs and any damage to them rather than okay thanks. Not that I was going to make a big deal of it, however it would of been a nice client experience follow up …..

We waited for nearly an hour to pick up the equipment because computers weren't working, making us late to move our things and workers waiting on us. We then returned the vehicle only to have to wait again for 45 minutes because computers were down again. Personnel were rude and uncooperative, changing the amount owed 3 times. We will not use UHaul again, at least at this location.

Was asked at pickup location if I would prefer to drop unit at Fairfield I said “yes if no additional charges” was told that there would NOT be additional charges! Was never given any form of written contract or asked to sign one, then when questioning as to why charges where so high was informed that $88 was added because of a one way trip, when attempting to resolve this was given a complete run around. UHall ??????????????????????????????

Check out took a long time, no one to help hook up trailer or unhook at check in. Had to have someone called twice to get help at the counter for check in. All in all this was not a good experience and I have rented at other locations and not had problems. We are going to need another trailer for the first weekend in August and not sure I want to do this again at this location or find a private trailer to rent.

Truck was on empty even though listed as 1/8 tank and crack in windshield passenger side but I purchased insurance sad this truck wasn't looked over Also blankets and boxe in back which I didn't order return all and put 1/4 of gas in it at turn in side in Coralville IA

I was told if I only kept the trick for 2 days instead of 4. I would only be charged for 2 days. When I got to Colorado and took the truck they said i would be charged for 4 days.
