Customer support was polite and the gas station attendant was polite but also seemed very frustrated with the U-Haul service/tasks. Checkout process was bad. Pickup location was changed day before pickup. App did not provide good feedback, needed to call customer support to understand why it would not allow me to check out. First call to customer support failed so needed to call back and wait again. After customer support updated system to allow me to check out there were additional questions about the drop off locations. It's not convenient when it's the same questions I already answered, and now I need to look it up again. The lock box that was supposed to have the keys did not. Gas attendant told me this is a regular problem. The other drop off lock box had a bad lock on it that took multiple attempts between me and the gas attendant to open to get the keys.

DWAYNE MIt was a convenience store so we had to wait for her to finish before we could get the truck. I had to answer all the questions again in person that I had done on the internet-what was with that? She was not real friendly and the truck was not cleaned out- old food and trash under the seat. Not happy with this experience.
