The staff did not offer any assistance with the drop-off. They told us the use the app and drop the keys in the box outside. Unfortunately, we could not get the app to work so it was a frustrating experience.
Richard SHave attendants that can help customers with the U-Haul return process. If it were not for me using the U-Haul app on my own, I would not have been able to return the trailer to this location. This location is very convenient to me, but the personnel running this establishment did not know much about the U-Haul rental process, except to say that the customer has to do everything on line.
