I had a very disappointing experience with U-Haul. I was only 10 minutes late, and they charged me an extra $60, which I found unreasonable. On top of that, the vehicle’s AC was not working, making the drive very uncomfortable. One of the seat belts was also torn/damaged, which is a serious safety concern. I expected the vehicle to be properly maintained and the charges to be reasonable, but unfortunately, neither was the case. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
