We were not happy with the call to drive to a different location because the initial place was full. When we drove past, it had 1 truck in the lot. There was no one there to check us in because the car dealership was closed at 3:30.. My husband broke his finger on the back of the truck because we had to take pictures to check in. Our cells were working due to carrier availability in the area so we could not find a gas station to fill before returning. We could not see any signage of Uhaul location.Alicia G.

Don't change the drop off location without permission. When I plan a move, plan mileage, etc all around my reservation that is -set- in place the LAST THING I NEES is all of sudden my drop off location changing without my permission causing me to put unexpected mileage on the vehicle then on top of that U-Haul wants to charge me additional $ because of extra miles that I was FORCED to put on it? That's wrong and I refuse to pay for it. I want refunded for the â€˜extra miles' I had to use.Sarah M.
