FRANK DUNNOI feel the truck rental rates are fair, However a dollar a mile is a bit excessive since it does not include the fuel with a national mileage rate of .65 cents per mile.
Christopher KammerI ordered a dolly during ordering which was $7. Did NOT add on any extras for furniture or ANYTHING. Went and did my mobile pickup, so I wasn’t dealing with a person directly and when it was time to check out, there was an additional $20 charge for matresss pads I did NOT ORDER and it would not allow me to remove it. Opened the truck to 4 huge bags of mattress pads to which I had to pay for but never freaking used because I did NOT NEED THEM! Hence me not ordering them. 😒

I also wish I woulda been stated before that it takes $100 deposit and how many days it takes to get your money back . Thank you

Matthew LudwigId recommend it because there’s no where else in this vicinity, but the parking is very cramped and it’s in a gravel/dirt parking area with only one way in entrance/exit. If there were 2 entrances it would make the narrow parking area easier to maneuver the larger trucks in.

And then i was additionally charged another 100+ for stuff that was not mentioned to me when originally picked rental up ,as of now its in the dispute phase, uggggg
Jarrod DossenI reserved a truck weeks in advance at a closer facility. At pick up they did not have a truck the size we needed. Finally found one at this location, about a 20 mile drive. Once I arrived they did not seem to have any idea about my truck and reservation. Took quite a bit of persistence to finally get the truck we needed.

DEVON SCRIVENThe location prefers that equipment to be returned across the street from the actual address of the business. Google maps brought me in a direction that didn't make that clear. From that point on the turn in person had a bad attitude about everything.

Todd FletcherFamily auto is a great place that I recommend. However. Picking up and dropping off using the app....Horrible. the equipment i paid extra for was missing out of the truck. 2.5 hours on the phone to check out.... unable to get thru and put on hold for an hour upon return.... HORRIBLE. DID I SAY HOW HORRIBLE IT WAS??? I feel that I am entitled to a full refund by uhaul.

AMANDAJOY CARBAUGHAgain, the location was fine, But the online return didn't work. I got charged extra money because the website wouldn't take my location from my phone. After this experience I will not be using uhaul, and I will not be recommending it to a friend unless something is fixed.
Scott NistThe cab was not clean, hair and a broken tv remote on the floor, steering wheel was sticky. The windshield wipers were hard, very noisy when in use, and should’ve been replaced before I got the truck ESPECIALLY because I was traveling across country ON A 20’ TRUCK, THERE SHOULD BE A BACKUP CAMERA!!!! You have to negotiate hotel parking lots part of the time, you’re not always driving in a straight line. This is NOT SAFE in my opinion.
NITA RICKERSONThe location was great. The experience with U-Haul's online pickup was horrible. Without any notice I was expected to provide my passport or other people to contact before I was approved to use the truck. This should have occurred during the reservation process not when I was expecting to use the truck. I am a home owner with a good credit rating that has rented from U-Haul many times over the years without problem. This is the first time I had a bad experience, and it is a horrible way to treat a returning customer.

Kevin TaftGive the dealer a master key. Before I left the lot the keys were locked in the truck and I had to pay for a locksmith to unlock the doors. .Every dealer should have a master door key because mishaps are life. If it happen to one customer its bound to happen to another and I can't believe I'm the only one.
