The only thing I would say is that it took a little bit of muscle to get the key out because the holder was rusty, but other than that it was great!

The gas tank was only 1:4 filled. Whenever I’ve rented in the past it was completely full. It was inconvenient to start and need gas right away.

Jorge GHi! I want to thank the employees of this U-HAUL location for their attentiveness. I forgot my thing in the truck and went back to pick it up. The truck was gone. I approached the employee to ask how I could retrieve my item that I had left in the truck. The employee gave it to me. For which I am very grateful to him. Very attentive employees. Thank you!!!

Richard PAllow for pre-registration to speed the self-checkin process -- had to wait while the verification went thru an attendant -- if I could have accomplished that prior to arrival to pickup the vehicle (used 24x7 app), that was not clear.

michael wVic that manages the store is terrific. I have rented from Vic 20+ times. THe U-Haul Truck was a disaster. 170,000 miles and falling apart. Lock didn’t work, gear shifting didn’t work, exceedingly loud, rusted wheels, steering was loose as it drifted from one side of the lane to the other.

Robert JI rented a car with half a tank of gas. Showed it to the rep. He said that is ok and I could return the car with the same amount of gas. But the uhaul charged me an additional $30 for not full tank.

paul vI had checked in prior to my pickup; However person behind counter asked for certain info that I had previously entered in to the app during check in. The person behind the counter was difficult to communicate with. Since English was his 2nd language, he didn't seem to understand most of what I said. He spent much time staring at his monitor. Also the U-Haul app is difficult to use. When I would take pictures with my phone, I would lose my place in the check-in or check-out process and would have to start over. There is no good confirmation from the app that it received all your information successfully during both check-in and check-out. So between contending with the app and the person behind the counter, both check in and check out took longer than I was anticipating.
Thomas FOutstanding rental experience at this location, it was quick to get the vehicle I needed and it was quick to return it. Staff at this location are courteous and professional. 10/10, well done.
