Saying the office doesn’t open til 9, had no effect on me being able to pick up the truck earlier then that. I lost a couple hours of moving time due to this.

Tim FWell maintained but dirty insode. Front door seal had a leak so the wind noise was loud!! We only used for a short distance so not that big of a deal, but would be an issue on a longer trip. Authorization process should take place BEFORE you arrive for pick up. Such a waste of time at the pick up location.
