Selected 24/7 option so I can pick up the van without human interaction. Get to the location and I'm not allowed to use it. So had to go inside and converse with an employee who charged me right there instead of when I returned the van. And on top of that I chose the no insurance add on to the policy but they still charged me for it and said there's no option to remove the insurance. Its mandatory. But online theres an option to remove it and I did before I confirmed it. When we returned the van we had to return the key but the store door was locked. And the key wouldn't fit inside of the key box so knocked on the window to show employee we have the key to return. She just gave us a dirty look and used her eyes to show us a slot in the door to slide it through.Joshua W.

The truck was not vacuumed but it is a very busy U-Haul location in Baltimore City .not a big deal just take pictures. receptionist was very nice & helped with anything u need.thx F & M for U-Haul rentalamy B.

This place is a rip off. I was charged for not filling up the gas tank but I filled it up back to the where it was when I got it. Remember to always take a picture of the gas tank so that you won't be ripped off by F&M or any U haul. place. This is the worse place to rent a U haul from and I would not recommend this place to anyone.Brandy T.

Great location! If you're there during regular hours for the auto shop, the employees are very nice and helpful. Finding the key in the back of the truck was a little tricky. The key was stored up high in a spot in the back left of the cargo space. Maybe this is normal - but it wasn't clear or easy to find for me. Calling the "24 hour" support listed by the uhaul app was not helpful, since the person did not pick up the phone at the first call.Daniel J.
Everything went smooth and I'm happy for that. Moving is hectic and Uhaul made my move so much easier. I came in without a reservation and was told that I had to make one. Initially, this upset me because I did not remember that I had to make a reservation. I used you guys just last year and didn't remember that part. I called the 800 number from the store and the lady that assisted me was able to calm me down and assured me that I would get a truck. Indeed she found me a truck but not at the location I was at. The location was only about 6 blocks away. Happy Uhaul made it happen for me. Thank youmonique H.
Have the vehicle cleaned and maintenanced before the customer arrives. The vehicle they issued me had a broken window handle with an open maintenance ticket and I had to wait for them to clean it before I could take it. They also had to look for a dolly for me to rent. Disgrace.Ashley J.

I feel like I was over charged for things totally unnecessary, the truck was still clean except for about 5 fries, the tank was on where I took it and the mileage didn't go over 60 miles why was I charged $175 dollars??????lamont N.
