Number 1 I work 10-12 hours a day leaving no real time for personal business. I made a reservation for 8pm. So, I got off early to accommodate this reservation. I didn't actually get into a vehicle two locations later until after 9pm. 2929 Washington Blvd location ruined my night completely. I had to pay people to help me who also took off work to assist me to show up to the location and they hang set my vehicle up with a lock box. The customer service person definitely came through but I still want my $50 for this botched reservation. I wish I qualified for double having to run around to another location taking me out of my way.
