Nobody was in the store for 45 minutes. And when we checked in on the app, it told us to go inside to get the keys. Finally, when we pushed the Uhaul person on the phone to give us the code for the lockbox she did and the key was in there the whole time. If it’s going to be a truly mobile experience, the mobile app should give the lock code for the key.
