There was a gentleman at the end who was not wearing a mask and repeated harassed me to the point I could not retrieve my belongings from the vehicle. He was rude and I want a refund for my experience.

Make sure to put exactly the same amount of gas there was in the car when you picked it up. They will charge you a crazy amount if you don't get it to that point but not give any kind of credit for going over either. It is a problem with the U-Haul app not giving the place an option to do anything. The transaction is all done through an app. The employees were great but that is a very poor design for the app.

When asked if I wanted the insurance I declined as I am covered through my car and travel trailer My fault for not checking receipt. When I checked the receipt... I was charged ..... not happy

The men who run this place treated my daughter and I as if we were interrupting their normal business. They ignored us until I stated I wanted the van I rented. The man kept looking over my shoulder as if looking for someone else. Not a female friendly place. They were a bit condescending.

Keys were not in car as was described in the app. Had to go get them inside from the store at the location. Very confusing, figuring this out ate about 30 minutes into my rental time.

Truck window was dirty and tire pressure was low. Had to point it out and then they refilled tires. Contract was rung up incorrectly - I paid for 4 extra days plus insurance and safe move. On third rental day (4 days prior to return date I paid for) received numerous rude calls telling me my rental was overdue, charges would occur and a family was waiting for my truck! Had to call distribution center to inform them my contract covered all the extra days and the truck was not overdue. Finally they saw it was posted as I said but had been incorrectly input by San Leandro U-Haul! I ended up returning truck a day and a half early but did not receive any discount for the problems or for a day early return.

The only problem I had with this rental is due to my height of 6 foot 6 inches.There was not enough leg room for me and the instrument panel was difficult to read do to the overhang of the dashboard. One other problem was due to height was looking out the front window I had to scrunch down to see farther than 40 feet down the road. This is due to the seat hitting the back of the compartment with not enough travel to move back further. Other than that everything was fine.

I had a "guaranteed" pickup location in Oakland and when I went there at the guaranteed time and date, I was told there were NO trucks within 100 miles! After 45 minutes, they finally said they could give me a cargo van if I went to this location to pick up. The personnel at this location were great, but obviously I was very angry that I was no longer getting the truck I reserved. Especially when you advertised that I had a guaranteed reservation! This is false advertising and misleading consumers and I do intend to take action and notify state and federal authorities.

The truck was a bit run down and shifted gears sharply. Overall there was no concern with the locations themselves, the issue was the ridiculous night before cancellation and poor customer service when calling for resolution. There's no point in a "reservation" if there won't be a vehicle reserved.

I had to wait an hour even though I did the early check in. They don't wear face mask even though they have signs listed for COVID they don't make customers put on their mask when entering the store and they don't wipe down the inside of trucks after it's brought in. This was the worse experience I've ever encountered with UHaul. Fast Gas and Propane is a bad look for UHaul and I will never use that particular location ever again. Very rude, poor customer service.

Truck was filthy dirty, inside of cab, trailer and you could barely see out of the window. Also, had an issue where I reserved truck and where they made me go to pick it up, 25 miles away which cost me an Uber ride. Not very efficient

No one was wearing a mask, they couldn't find our uhaul reservation even though we had one so had to create a whole new one, it took almost an hour to check out the truck; however, the person helping was courteous and friendly, he just needed help as the store was very crowded. My main complaint is about Uhaul as a company. I will never use Uhaul again after this experience. Although I booked my reservation a month in advance, our pickup and return location was moved 20 miles from original (Pleasanton) location and ALL details about my reservation were changed/lost when I called in two days prior to confirm. Eventually at checkout we had to just start to a whole new reservation because the store couldn't find it. What a mess! Apparently Uhaul must be overbooking their trucks.

I have never rented a vehicle this dirty. the truck had not been sanitized-COVID-19 REQUIREMENT. Thank goodness I brought wipes and disinfectant with me. Also, I'm grateful that I didn't have to get on the freeway as this vehicle needs maintenance. The attendant did not escort me to the truck for an inspection. As I was driving home the gate/door rolled up IT WASN'T LOCKED.

1. The employees or owners of this place had no masks on (ppe) and I did not notice them disenfecting any of the uhaul vehicles that where returned just sweeping them out. 2. I personally asked if the van I rented was disenfecting and the employee/owner had no answer for me. 3. during this time of covid I would think uhaul would train their franchisees or uhaul location on ppe the seriousness of covid

I must say I would like for the person to come with me to inspect the vehicle together. When the young man told me where the U-Haul truck was parked, I realized as I approached the U-Haul truck it was blocked in with another U-Haul truck . That should've of be taken care of before I arrived there. But his mannerism was great in how thorough he was.

I applaud the customer service received from the Fast Gas Uhaul facility. I made my reservation online but it appeared I missed a complete section. The gentleman was very patient and didn't make me feel stupid bcuz I wasn't familiar with the online process. Great people! I will definitely use this facility again.

Excellent service at this location. I went in-person to reserve a 9' van. TheY assisted me to reserve and all went perfect the next day with pickup and drop- off. Very convenient to use their gas station to return gas tank as rented. Very clean and well stocked store as part of the business. Will use again and highly recommend.

I returned the box truck but waited 12 minutes for him to come out. Unfortunately he was on the phone talking to someone. It Wasn't very professional. He didn't ask how was everything or nothing with the truck. No one should be on the phone talking while helping a customer return the equipment.

Truck cab was filthy. Had to pull over and clean the windows in order to see. Also. The pick location changed 1 minute before my pickup time. Rather than a mile from my home via surface streets, I had to drive to a different city using the freeway during morning traffic. This delayed my start time by one hour. In that I was loading up and driving from Hayward to Palm Springs in one day, the hour time loss was noticed, dumping me in LA an hour later than I had planned. Last minute switch seriously uncool.

Be sure to check your app for pick up and drop off locations. Even if you ordered a drop off at the same place you picked up, U-Haul may change the drop off point on you. We went to the pick up place to drop off the U-Haul and had to go to another location wasting our time
