First of all the agent was rude could not explaine to me why the truck was costing me more than the two other trucks I had rented. The truck was not clean,the agent did not go out to look at the truck with me.The truck only had less than an 1/8 of a tank of gas.I had to get gas before I could drive the truck to Newark to load the rest of my furniture.I will be calling corporate. when I finish moving.

The truck was very dirty and there was a crack on the windshield. I had to argue that it is not safe to drive with a cracked glass. So they gave me another truck that was not clean but drives good

Maybe some training for the mobile application with your service technicians. They were nice and helpful but maybe Uhaul could send someone to train them how to work with the mobile app! These guys were great.

First I reserve for a different location, but they send me to this location, after that I reserve for a quote, but when I returned the truck they charge me 125 dls extras!! I will definetely call customer support!! TERRIBE SERVICE ON THIS LOCATION!

I always use these guys for a drop off point. They have gas pumps available so if you forget to fill up your tank for drop off you can do it there before you hand them the keys. They also did all they could to help me out in a very difficult situation and really went the extra mile for me all around. I could tell that they really cared about me and what happened with my situation. Great place, great staff!

This rental was a wonderful experience. The manager, Nasir, was very friendly and helpful with my reservation process, as well as the actual rental. The "Fast Gas" location in San Leandro had plenty of trucks and sizes to choose from. I chose the wrong size truck and needed to exchange it for a larger one . . no problem. This location is extremely busy and short staffed, at pick up U-Haul customer service had it as one way and it was not , drop off same and it was not PLUS they Wayyyy over charged me and took a while to fix but by then my already stessful move got more stressful!!!! Not a good U-Haul experience plus outside equipment dirty a specially the big filled windshield!!

The process was so easy, the agent was so friendly and helpful. My reservation had some issues where it didn't got into their system but the agent did his job real well and still got me the vehicle I need in a quick turn. Location itself is not in the nicest location, but the personnel there were helpful. They were out of the pads so we had to go to the main location at 8000 Coliseum and the personnel there were extremely helpful and kind as well.

Not double charge and place a hold on the transaction. I was billed a total of 383.58 for a one day rental.191.79 was processed however another 191.79 order still pending. This is not acceptable. The U haul I reserved was also dented on the passage side door.

I made a uhaul reservation for the location in oakland. I received an email confirmation that the truck was reserved and guaranteed at this location. Without my knowledge, the reservation was changed to a pickup location in San leandro. This led to a 2 hour delay to the event I was working at. On top of that, the credit card I originally reserved it under was not on file at the new location which led to more delays. When we received the truck, there was a dent on the floor of the truck which made it difficult to load the truck with our items. There was also a difference in the information we received from the employee and the emails I was sent. It was overall a bad experience and I dont intend to use this location again.

The 15' truck I reserved was not at the location. A text message was sent to me the evening before stating that the truck would be available in Burlingame, CA the next morning. However, I was in San Leandro and could not even think of trying to get to Burlingame in rush traffic. I had to cancel the 15' truck and try to get by with a 10' truck.
