Nothing went well from beginning to end

david uThe back of the van wasn't clean. I recommend cleaning that area and the front cab with soap and water. A bucket of soapy water and a scrub brush is recommended for the rear interior portion of the van. The check out clerk was fair. When I returned the vehicle, I hadn't made it into the building yet and this strange guy came from who knows where and asked if I was returning a vehicle and he asked for the key. I asked him if he works at that facility. He said yes. I replied, "how do I know that you work here?" He got an attitude and walked towards the building in front of me without holding the door for me and I was behind him. He goes behind the counter. I get in line behind customers who were already in line. The check out clerk from the previous day remembered me and asked if I was returning the van. I replied yes. The check out clerk asked the guy with the attitude to check in the van and he refused to assist me all because I wouldn't give him the key to the van earlier. I do not know who's employed there or who could be a crook and take off in the vehicle. I acted in caution and he refused to service me and check in the vehicle. The rudeness wasn't called for. Customer service training looks good for that employee. The check out clerk from the day before helped check in the van.
Jualeah SI did not like that the van only had 1/8 of a tank of fuel. I then had to guess how much to put in. That sucks. Fill it up and I can replace what I use. Secondly the app would not work to upload any photos.
