I've been renting at Fast Gas & Propane for the past 4-5 years. We rent a truck for Relay For Life of the East Bay. The trucks are always clean and well maintained. The employees are alwasy helpful and very friendly!!

They added 25 extra miles to what I used and was overcharged because of it.
DAVID BI was ripped off. On August 8, 2026, I went to a U-Haul location in San Leandro, CA, and rented a truck. I drove it for 12 miles, yet I was required to put in 3.5 gallons of gas; it is not normal for a truck to consume that much fuel over just 12 miles. I feel frustrated because, out of the four people present at the store, no one helped me resolve the issue.

Charles BThis was an absolutely CONFUSING AND Frustrating ORDEAL. The guy at the counter didn’t explain anything well, I didn’t get clear instruction for the return, and the phone operator/helper gave me incorrect information on how the deposit is returned. So now I have two different receipts based on two different charges and I’m owed money.
