Just be a little more on top of things. Just handing me keys to the wrong truck and a 50lb dolly and pointing across the parking lot to where the truck is supposed to be wasted a good 15 minutes of my time, bringing the key back, checking the paperwork, finding the truck and the correct key and then just pointing across the parking lot to where that correct truck might be, isn't exactly "on top of things". Everyone was courteous and all, but a little more professionalism would be appreciated.

I had to pay totally different amount than which the guy told me when I make the reservation and the truck Trembled a lot. So, it was so scary to drive that truck

Owner at this location is very friendly and nice. Hours were great, open on Sundays for pick up. Trucks were well maintained and very clean. Check out process was easy as well. Highly recommend this location.

Uhaul is so expensive for people that need to use them out of the area I was charged almost 400 dollar because the miles I needed to go that's crazy

The truck was dirty, no one walked me out to look at the gas, vehicle condition or anything. I also ordered moving blankets and was told after signing the contract that they were sorry but didn't have them. The supplies I also ordered (wardrobe boxes), I was told the place didn't have when I arrived. I'm very unhappy with the service for this encounter

The staff at that location does too many jobs so could not give me proper instructions on the rental truck and I'm having issue with mileage discrepancy when U returned the truck.

Gentleman charged an inaccurate fee as retaliation for comeing in 15 minutes before close. Even though the young man told us to come back at 8 which made zero sense because this location closed at that time. Hence why we came 15 minutes before close. The gentleman was rude and aggressive and did not want to service us. I get him wanting to get off work early however he didn't have to be rude and malicious. It's too much ill treatment to explain fully I can't bare reliving it. All I know is this young man needs training badly. He seemed ill informed with u-haul methods and procedures. I get not being well versed in your job or not being able to answer a simple question like "how much will I be charged?" That question should be a no brianer. It's not even the lack of knowdgle but the rude, lieing and vindictive behavior.
