They overcharged us, we put 9 lousy miles on the cargo van and filled gas up to same as when we picked up, now I have to fight to get our money back!!

Well the owners were rude. Refused to print a receipt or check the vehicle with me there when the check out online was acting funny... Now all of a sudden I drove "100miles" when I stayed in town and drove no more than 65miles in town.

Didn’t check equipment before renting to us, broken mirror , smoke smell , not clean Charged my card for gas after I replaced the gas , had a person they didn’t physically see on the rental receipt. Did not change my authorization card . Cussing , very unprofessional loud music in the store. The worst experience I’ve ever had to be honest .
Crystal CPoor signage made this location hard to find. Staff was unhelpful, and their computer was not working. I had to install the U-Haul app onsite and check myself out. It took a long time, and I would never use this location again.

Jeffery HMy dolly was not included but I was charged for it. I could not pick up the vehicle without saying that I had all the equipment when I did not. I am afraid I will be charged for not returning equipment when I never had it to begin with.
John TThis drop off location was very difficult to find as there was no signage; the only reason we knew it was the right place was because there were 2 other U-Haul trucks parked there. Additionally, the location didn't feel safe. As women, we were grateful to be dropping off the truck in daylight; if it were to be at night, or one of us were doing it alone, it could be problematic.
LYNDSEY HWhen picking up my reserved vehicle, it had not yet been returned. They called and found another location close by that guaranteed they had my rental vehicle. Upon arriving, everything was smooth and the vehicle was there. Everyone was very nice who I came in contact with
