The location itself was nice and respectful, but Uhaul customer service was very very poor. They switched my location three times, the first time was on Saturday evening, a foreign guy said he would talk to a manager to see if they could get me one closer & call me back never heard anything. Granted I had picked the location less than 1 mile from me. I should have been aware of the location sooner than a day and half out from schedule pickup.Now they have me driving 45 minutes out of my way to pick a truck.Sunday I called back and talk to Lisa the scheduler for Mobil pickup, asked if they would adjust the mileage price since I had to drive 45 minutes one way, she stated she doesn’t handle that”cool ok, can I talk to some that can. She transferred me over to a person named Marissa, ( which was Sutton he a manager)I stated that I have selected the mobile pickup so I could get it early because I had very short time frame to get my things loaded. She said she called the field manager and got the Mobil pickup setup, great!!!. I arrived at the location before 7 am and there was no access for mobile pick up had. I asked Marissa if I could get an adjustment on the mileage since I have been screwed over for two days. She says I can’t do nothing to the mileage. I asked can you do anything at all she stated no, ok can I speak to someone higher than you. She hangs up on me. Just a little heads up if something goes wrong don’t expect the uhaul personnel to help , they will hang up on you.

Aaron BI booked pick up at a true UHaul location but the reservation was changed to this store, which is a sketchy gas station. It felt very dirty and unsafe for a woman picking up a vehicle alone. I am extremely dissatisfied that I had to pick up at the location and it added unnecessary stress to my move. I had to drive way out of my way and past multiple other UHaul retailers to reach this location and did not feel safe or comfortable when I arrived. When I arrived, several of the details of my reservation had to be re-entered. I will not recommend this location to anyone.

Frank HExplaining rental I never signed anything. Terms were not explained nor printed out because systems was down printer didn’t work! The could barely speak English correctly. I believe I was overcharged!!!! I won’t ever use U-HAUL AGAIN!!!!! Lost customer right here….
