Aaron BI booked pick up at a true UHaul location but the reservation was changed to this store, which is a sketchy gas station. It felt very dirty and unsafe for a woman picking up a vehicle alone. I am extremely dissatisfied that I had to pick up at the location and it added unnecessary stress to my move. I had to drive way out of my way and past multiple other UHaul retailers to reach this location and did not feel safe or comfortable when I arrived. When I arrived, several of the details of my reservation had to be re-entered. I will not recommend this location to anyone.
