I will say that the newer 26 foot truck was flawless and running with one exception I noticed the horn did not work, which could very well be a safety issue didn’t notice it until my first day out on the road. I don’t understand why U-Haul does not have their trucks full upon departure. Therefore, the customer can return it with a full tank to try to gauge that I had a little over a quarter of a tank when I pulled out is almost impossible for anyone to regulate or guess in which you always end up putting more than you started with that being said, I believe the gentleman at the return center was able to give me a small credit which only is fair . Other than that, my gal Darlene in Loveland Colorado did a fabulous job in getting it scheduled for me. I have a second truck coming this week and I hope I have the same great experience.

I have used this Location on 3 different occasions. Each time the staff has been helpful and every detail has been handled appropriately. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing to rent a truck. , Longmont Colorado

The truck I rented did not had the added equipment that was rented, the people in the office weren’t helpful, I’m still expecting a refund for the equipment that wasn’t there.

It is across the street from another uhaul location that has significantly more signage, which is particularly confusing for returns.
