This dealer was not helpful. He sent me away and when the other person he wanted us to deal with wasn't there yet. Then when that person didnt show up he finally dealt with us. We asked for insurance and he didnt provide it but said we did have it. When I phoned UHaul customer service they said we had to take the Trailer back 3 hours one way to do the paperwork. We then spoke to the dealer again who actually hung up on me. I phoned back and he finally gave me a number to call to get help and that person was wonderful BUT the whole process took hours to straighten out and was extremely frustratingly stressful.

Does the trailer have breaks, if it did this one breaks did not work, felt a little dangerous pulling it.
Aleksandar NThis is a busy gas station with one attendant. It took much longer as a result to get my truck and blankets. I had also ordered a dolly and there was no dolly available. It was also frustrating that my requested location of Revelstoke was changed to Malakwa (40 miles up the highway) the day before. Pick up was frustrating. Truck was fine.
lori cOnsite rep was rude, just told me to leave it without any explanation. Did not help with un-hook when asked for help. He told me to go drop at another location. Poor customer service. Uhaul should find another partner.
Dean CLocation was good but the trailer is definitely in need of repair was filthy bald tires marker light didn’t work but I was just doing a short day run. Brake lights and signals fine

MIKE BFirst truck was out of fuel. Extremely Tedious getting processed in AND out. Would drive and extra 20 minutes to salmon arm next time.
Robert MEnsure the operator is knowledgeable about the equipment, has hitch adapters and that the trailer has power lead / adapter for customers. But the biggest thing you need to do is not change the pick up location to one which is a 2 hour drive from where it was due to be collected less than 24 hours before pick up.
Clive MExtremely slow. Took almost 30 minutes just to get the keys. Then they gave me the wrong type of dolly and didn’t have the correct one to give me, so that was useless. They also changed my reservation and would not put it back to the correct drop off date that my booking originally had. They made me call U-Haul to change it. So frustrating all around.
