Onsite rep was rude, just told me to leave it without any explanation. Did not help with un-hook when asked for help. He told me to go drop at another location. Poor customer service. Uhaul should find another partner.

Location was good but the trailer is definitely in need of repair was filthy bald tires marker light didn’t work but I was just doing a short day run. Brake lights and signals fine
