ALAN DCheck-in was a somewhat slow, which really affects future decisions on whether to rent or not. I reserved online in hopes of speeding things up since the previous time was slow also. No such luck. Otherwise, all good.

Cary BNot the fault of the pick up location but outside of the trailer was looking pretty rough. I think it was just an old trailer. Decals were damaged and shrinking. Just seems like time for corporate to refinish the exterior of the trailer. Interior was in damaged although not the cleanest I’ve rented.

HEATHER SReservation and pick up was very easy and efficient. The trailer had sawdust in it, but was easily swept out. We were caught by surprise when we had to buy a trailer toungue jack for $130!!
