DIANA RI had a very last minute reservation late Saturday afternoon and the staff at Fidalgo Body Shop was amazing! So friendly, so kind, so personable and calmed my anxiety that came along with unexpected complications moving houses. The pick up and drop off process was quick and easy and the box truck was very clean and well maintained. Added bonus is the AC worked like an absolute dream. Cannot recommend the Fidalgo Body Shop U-Haul location and staff enough!
Amanda KOwners of the location were very kind and stayed late to allow us to pick up the trailer. When U-haul called to confirm the day before they switched our pick up location and only said it would be available after 10am. I had planned to pick up at 2pm and didn't realize the location closed at 1pm on Sundays since U-haul didn't mention that.
