The location of origin referred me to a different location 7.2 miles away from where I live and had to uber there which cost me $26.00 and was given a very bad attitude and just was willing to explain herself nor any compensation to the time money and lose of mileage. I was told that my revised reservation was guaranteed at this new location. when I got to the smoke shop/mini market, they told me the only have local rentals and was not going to get a unit but the owner contacted UHaul and 15 minutes later I got the rental. My ISSUE is with your McHenry location and the person there was kelsey
