Jordin P⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service and Excellent Experience! I recently rented a U-Haul truck from this location, and I was extremely impressed with the entire experience! The store was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and welcoming. What really stood out to me was how well they maintain their trucks. The truck I rented was very clean, in excellent condition, and clearly well taken care of. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, helpful, and easy to work with. They made the entire rental process smooth, quick, and stress-free. It’s rare to find a business that takes such pride in its cleanliness, equipment, and customer service. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and their business. I highly recommend this U-Haul location to anyone looking for reliable trucks, outstanding customer service, and a hassle-free rental experience. I will definitely be coming back!
Mofleh SI was totally disappointed of the people who were running this place. Truck was in good shape but the people who were running this place was very unprofessional. They charged me $30 dollars for insurance. I told them several times that my insurance covers all rental cars and trucks I never had any issue before; they ignored my statement. I was going to hire two people from Hom depot, they told me they have people who likes to work for you, we discussed the price and they overcharged me by $120 dollars. Sending their cousins to work for me was an illegal by the U-Haul agreement. I am charge extra by $150 dollars. I will ispute thi for the insurance coverage and illegal people working for me by over charging me.
