I made my reservation online at a different location for a 10-foot truck. I received a call a couple of days prior to the rental telling me my rental was not available and was being moved to a different location. Upon arriving at the rental location today, I found I was assigned a 9 ft van. Not what I reserved. And no one there to help me. Fortunately, I was able to tightly fit all the things I was moving in this smaller vehicle. But, I will never again trust that if I reserve a vehicle at UHaul I will get what I reserved at the location I preferred.

Straps were missing in the truck. But more importantly, the UHaul app sucks and is in dire need of an overhaul. If you need help with updating and creating a more user-friendly app, give me a call ASAP; my number is in your system.
Sharolyn DAfternoon before pickup was notified location had no truck. I was offered alternate location 10 miles away. Went to pickup truck and had to spend 1:15 mins with help desk processing the pickup. Numerous attempts on the app, location could not process and asked to speak to a manager. I was promised a call back and some concessions were promised for my travel inconvenience and the long time spent to get the truck released. Never received any call for management. Not a great experience in anyway.
