There is no clear indication that I had to do a return myself and had to drive back to the location after I got home to do so, also was told in Chicago that I could only get the discount if I returned it to canton 30 miles away. I went up to canton only to be told I would be charged if I didn't drop it in Phila 3 miles away from my house. I drove 60 miles because of your employees ignorance.Peter H.
There was no one there, there was no key drop box and no one answered the phone numbers listed. There was not adequate parking for large trucks and no indicators for where to park the truck. We contacted customer service who couldn't reach any manager and after 20-30 mins I found a number that someone answered. Ultimately we were given instructions to leave the keys under the seat and take a picture for our protection. There were groups of teenage boys walking around this area, we were very unsettled leaving keys to the truck inside and unsecured, not good.Thomas F.

in the return field on the phone it said to leave the key in the drop off box, the drop off location did not have a drop off box.so this was very confusing. we had to find a phone number to call to find out what to do it the keys, that was a slight pain.Suzanne F.
Provide a key drop box. There is no place to put the key. Very dissatisfied now I have to make a special trip back. No one on site.Sabrina B.
