The truck was dirty, smelled bad inside and was covered in pine sap drippings - they had it parked under a pine tree. The guy behind the counter mumbled and really had little clue as to how to do this rental. They obviously give minimal training. The truck got the job done, but it was a poor experience getting out the door.

Aoxiang TMy reservation was transferred to this location due to availability. Before arriving, I spoke with U-Haul customer service, and they confirmed the transfer. I could also see the updated location clearly reflected in my app. However, when I arrived, the representative was unable to locate or confirm my transferred reservation. After some time, he suggested that I start a new rental in the app, but that did not work. He then recommended that I call customer service again. Customer service ultimately had to walk him through the process of locating my reservation in the system. Even after finding it, the check-out process took an extended amount of time. When I returned the truck, the process was again extremely slow. This experience was noticeably less efficient compared to other U-Haul locations I’ve used in the past. The representative was polite, but it seemed clear that additional training on the system and app would be helpful. The delays were very frustrating, especially since the transfer had already been confirmed beforehand. I appreciate the support from customer service, but I hope this location receives additional training to improve the customer experience.
