I planned my reservation for a specific location, Ordered and paid for supplies to pick up when I picked up the rental. My reservation was changed to a different location which created undo complications for me. I am not happy about that. I paid for those supplies and there were not available at the location my reservation was moved to.

I can not express the ease Fish's Hitch made picking up and dropping off. I had some hiccups with my reservation (my fault or the system) but non the less he insured everything was straightened out and it was smooth sailing. Would highly recommend visiting this location for you U-Haul needs.

Jaime LTruck was in great condition and had no problems with it. However, the process to pick it up was a little rough. Small operation, but Jason was great. His computer system and/or U-Haul site was VERY SLOW and difficult for him to get the required information entered into the system, so it took about 30 minutes. Luckily he kept trying and it finally was completed.
