Truck was in great condition and had no problems with it. However, the process to pick it up was a little rough. Small operation, but Jason was great. His computer system and/or U-Haul site was VERY SLOW and difficult for him to get the required information entered into the system, so it took about 30 minutes. Luckily he kept trying and it finally was completed.
