As someone who rents uhauls multiple times per week, this place has a super awkward and non-standard method of operation, and they claim if you don’t do it their way instead of uhauls way, they will charge you extra money. Not worth the hassle.

Harvinder SAcquire a security deposit for the cleanliness of the vehicle. The last several we have gotten from you were quite dirty inside.
Darrell ZOperator was very rude, was a half hour late. The truck steering was loose. The check engine light was on the whole time. And it struggled when it wanted to change gears. Overall, very unimpressed with my U-Haul experience this time.

Roger CDon did th best he could but the u haul app crashed dand delayed picking up our truck by 1.75 hours.
