Acquire a security deposit for the cleanliness of the vehicle. The last several we have gotten from you were quite dirty inside.
Darrell ZOperator was very rude, was a half hour late. The truck steering was loose. The check engine light was on the whole time. And it struggled when it wanted to change gears. Overall, very unimpressed with my U-Haul experience this time.
