I did not know this was an unmanned location nor how to get the vehicle keys. Caused me more time getting the rental. Had to go to another location. I appreciated scheduling helping to fix the issue.

CHARLES SOvercharged me for a one way trip and refuse to answer the phone call after I stated what happened! Somehow who ever rented the uhaul before me mileage information was not confirmed or accurate once I retrieve the rental 7miles to E. The CC on file was charged almost $1,500… for a one way in Florida! IMPOSSIBLE!!!
Phil TEven though the location was closed, drop off was easy. There was still an employee in site who instructed me where to leave the trailer and told me it would be checked in the next morning. It was. No drama and could not have been easier. The only complaint with any of the process is that many locations run other business and are very short staffed so phone calls go unanswered and messages unreturned. Not a good business model!

Sandra KWe actually returned the rental at about 6:30 on Saturday night and dropped the key in the overnight key return box. We shouldn't have been billed for 2 days. if I knew that was going to happen we would have just kept it overnight and return it the next day. Other than that everything was good with the truck and we will be renting again this next Saturday, March 21.

DANIEL MU-Haul erred and sent me to a closed location. After 5 disconnected phone calls, I was sent to this location for pick up. They could not have been more helpful and accommodating. a GREAT EXPERIENCE THERE.
Robert Ctop notch and responded quickly after i was stranded !!!! Flagship carwash was 5 star all the way from a very professional lady at check-in inside and a crackerjack crew outside getting the truck ready at the last minute, they saved my day!!!! By the way< My original reservation location in Port St Lucie called Dayspring Freight Services, 2768 SW Edgarce St, PSL 34953 had no one available at 815 am or 830 am and they had no idea who I was or what I had rented. Dayspring Freight is not even open until 9 am but on the Uhaul website it says 8 am

Janaina WCheck out was quick. Office personnel was nice. There was trash in the back of the truck when I got it. The radio did not work. To keep the truck going straight I had to constantly be turning the steering wheel to the left. Seemed to be more than just alignment.

THOMAS BEvery vehicle should be filled with gas. I was in the rental business for many years and this is how you get people. I was expected to bring the van back with 5/8 tank of gas. Fill every vehicle, if they aren’t brought back full, charge the renter but fill it again.
Michael WThe receptionist never answers calls, and I have a huge issue that they will not address. They are committing fraud by over doing the return mileage that’s in the truck when you return it. So that your credit card gets charged again from the original payment. Someone needs to put a stop to it. Either their equipments are defective or someone is doing it on purpose. But they are very poor with communication!
