The staff, from the gals inside making my rental reservation, to the gents that hooked and unhooked the trailer were very nice and informative. This is my second trailer rental from this location. Both times were very satisfying and efficient. I would recommend this location, and if need be, use them again.

ODANE BThe process of billing - I was initially charged on re pending amount of $79, then added $148 sand day of return which was fine for the balance due. But then a few days later - I was charged a separate total of $227 which posted .... Which caused my acct to be in the negative for several days. Still is in the negative now due to this and having to be on the phone with the bank so I don't get over draft fee + no money til this clears off. Just a little frustrating as it is now July 10th in a couple of hours and has not been released. Would he help you to not get double charged. The persons at the location are very nice though.

Braiden SI reserved my U-Haul truck two weeks in advance, but my experience was extremely disappointing. I waited 45 minutes just to be helped, only to find out my reserved truck was blocked by another vehicle whose keys had been lost. This caused an additional hour of delay. The initial solution offered was to send me to another location at my own expense and waste even more time. Although the keys were eventually found and I received the truck, the delay had already cost me money because the workers I hired had to wait. A confirmed reservation should not result in this level of inconvenience, poor organization, and unnecessary expense. I expected much better from U-Haul.

Leandro DThis location needs management/personnel that knows what they're doing!!! I returned the trailer and the woman would not drop the trailer (I had to do it!)! She didn't have the cash refund that was due and I had to return to get the cash refund, when she said the person authorized to do that would be there. You need to hire strong people (to drop trailers when they are returned), NOT weak women, that couldn't lift a piece of paper off the flloor!! I think you get my drift!!! I hope I never have another experience, like the one I had that day. CHANGE THE MANAGEMENT/EMPLOYEES AT THAT LOCATION!!! HIRE SOME RESPONSIBLE PROPLE!!!

EMIGDIO GI usually don't give a review only when credit is due. Its hard to find excellent customer service anymore. This time I am going to give a Big shout out to the staff at UHaul on Bayshore. Excellent customer service and ready to help with anything we needed. They made our process easy because they were able to accommodate with our schedule and allowed us the time needed. The only trouble is because it was right in the middle of the day and the sun reflecting off of the ramp which was difficult unloading. Maybe by adding some adhesive strips to the ramp would help. Thank you

Micheal MWorker took the truck and told me not to do mobile check in. Then lied about gas and charged me extra.
DAYNA CI tried to rent at another location "tint city" on US1 here in Port St. Lucie. The trailer was blocked by a truck. there was noone there and nobody answered the call, voice mail was full. The Uhaul app apparently does not work for picking up a trailer. I spent 2 hours trying to rent a UV, until I went to the Uhaul store on Bayshore drive and got out in 10 minutes with a new trailer. the equipment at the Tint City was at least 40 years old. You need to take action on this location as they do not represent Uhaul appropriately. I have rented many, many times, but this was the worst.

BRENT KI was charged for an extra day and they said I was given then truck at 3/8 and I have my original receipt at 1/4 I money put 3 miles on the truck they said it was 4 plus miles impossible

The truck was clean, well-maintained, and ready when promised. Tim’s excellent customer service and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful moving day much easier. I truly appreciated his positive attitude and willingness to help. Thomas YI picked up the vehicle which displayed 85 miles until empty. I returned the vehicle with a display of 90 miles until empty yet I was still charged for fuel. I was charged an equipment fee which I have no idea what for. I drive the vehicle from PSL to the Miami destination and was charged additional mileage. I stood in line for an hour to pick up my vehicle because there was only one person on shift. Not happy with the experience.

JAMES GI also want it noted that they way overcharged us. I returned truck with the exact same amount of gas and they charged me 30.00. I had the truck for 3 days and only drove maybe 100 miles total all local move and the end result was 456.00. This just font even make sense. I will never use UHaul again after this experience.

RAUL MWe were stuck there for approximately 2 hours due to the computer crashing. Other than that, the experience was fin.
SHERIDAN MI would appreciate there being more fuel in the vehicle when I pick it up. Today there was approximately 1/4 tank when we picked it up. We stopped by our house for gas to prevent additional mileage. It cost $110 to fill up the truck and it was well over 1/4 when returned it. Our mistake for filling the tank but you shouldn’t have to stop for gas before you get on the road.
