How U-Haul Reviews WorkI already called your corporate office to complain about the situation, and I expect to be reimbursed for the hotel for which we paid and did not get to stay. Only that, we were stuck staying in this crap hole of a place. It was absolutely disgusting!
Kathleen SWhile the staff was incredibly busy with checking in trucks and getting them out, they were very friendly and courteous. I have rented trucks here prior and have had my propane tanks filled here as well and the staff always has a smile on their face and a good attitude for customer service.
patrick wThe car dolly was in poor shape, one light broke and non functional and the other fender was banged up also. Not well maintained, I get the feeling no one is looking out for our safety.
