We were stuck there for approximately 2 hours due to the computer crashing. Other than that, the experience was fin.

I would appreciate there being more fuel in the vehicle when I pick it up. Today there was approximately 1/4 tank when we picked it up. We stopped by our house for gas to prevent additional mileage. It cost $110 to fill up the truck and it was well over 1/4 when returned it. Our mistake for filling the tank but you shouldn’t have to stop for gas before you get on the road.

Juan HDrop-off went OK, staff (one person) was there to receive and came out shortly after arrival. Although friendly, he didn't take much time to go over anything nor did he do a comprehensive inspection of the equipment, which had minor prior cosmetic damage to a panel prior to my renting it, as noted in the Pick Up location. It didn't seem very official. He said hello, checked in the equipment and asked if I had any issues (which I told him about, notably the transport tail-light and the prior damage).
