MAHMUDUL H.I just use the dropbox for the key, so didn't meet any personnel, but I've worked with this location before and they have always been very friendly and professional
Elizabeth S.The truck was unclean and given to me with an 8th of a tank of gas. The ac stopped working halfway through the move. In addition, I was not informed there was a mileage limit, and when I was charged for it later, I was told there was nothing to be done about it. Despite the fact that the distance between the original rental and my new home was almost exactly the limit, much less accounting for the distance to my old home, or the return distance, or to the gas station being extra. I wouldn't have minded if I was informed or could have changed it, but to be told after the fact sucks. Not going to recommend to anyone.
