I would not recommend anyone use uhaul. I rented from Michigan got to florida. The first location your company text me to drop my trailer off was a grass lot with nothing there. I called uhaul they said thst location was flagged for lack of advertisement. There is nothing there to advertise. They then send my to theblocti9n I dropped it off at. But when I got there they said they had no room. I had to drive an hour out of my way with your trailer to get it to the second location. Then I called uhaul customer serivce and they were going to send me to a different location. Finally the location I was at that said they were full. Got on the phone and told uhaul they made room. Your Company is so disorganized for beeping around as long as you have. This is not what I have experienced in the past. It took a total of 5 hours for me to return your property to you. Becuase yall system is screwed up. It was nightmare. Almost got in a fist fight with an employee over this becuase gas is not cheap and I was driving all over the state if floroda trying to give your company back your own property. Uhaul you need to do better. Next time I move I would rather carry my stuff on my back than have to deal with corporate uhaul every again. You lost a customer the other day. And I will tell everyone I know what I experienced. This disabled combat Afghanistan veteran dies nit have time nore spare money. To waste while your company trys to figure what they are doing when you been around since i was a child in the 1980's. This was a horrible experience and I will never use uhaul ever again.

Aalon BI already called your corporate office to complain about the situation, and I expect to be reimbursed for the hotel for which we paid and did not get to stay. Only that, we were stuck staying in this crap hole of a place. It was absolutely disgusting!

I have rented trucks here prior and have had my propane tanks filled here as well and the staff always has a smile on their face and a good attitude for customer service.

ALFREDO SI would recommend U-Haul, but I strongly suggest clarifying all the rental terms, return options, and charges before completing the rental. I rented a trailer to transport a car to Miami and used it for less than one full day. However, I was charged for two full days because I was told the computer only provided a two-day rental option. I would have preferred to return the trailer in Port St. Lucie and would have been willing to pay an additional fee for a different drop-off location. My main issue was that these options and charges were not clearly explained beforehand. Overall, U-Haul provided the equipment I needed, but better communication upfront would have made the experience much better.

Rodney CThis U-Haul dealership is what dealerships or locations should be Marty the lady in the front open the door 10 minutes early for me before opening time to get my paperwork done and get me on the road cuz she knew I was in a hurry from the second day she opened the door she was smiling to when I came back in and brought the keys a couple hours later when I brought the truck back and the young man who runs the yard there keeps those trucks spotless and is proud of his job you need more locations like this one what can you improve for the next customer you can have more locations like this one good people doing a good job I don't know how you replicate that but you damn well should try
