They booked the wrong day The office was very confused giving trucks to the wrong person. Letting people take trucks without checking paperwork. That office was in shambles arguing in front of a customers. It was really unbelievable

It’s the only location in town while they all say they are on a no drop zone I begged for them to take my truck and they did .

I picked up the vehicle which displayed 85 miles until empty. I returned the vehicle with a display of 90 miles until empty yet I was still charged for fuel. I was charged an equipment fee which I have no idea what for. I drive the vehicle from PSL to the Miami destination and was charged additional mileage. I stood in line for an hour to pick up my vehicle because there was only one person on shift. Not happy with the experience.

I also want it noted that they way overcharged us. I returned truck with the exact same amount of gas and they charged me 30.00. I had the truck for 3 days and only drove maybe 100 miles total all local move and the end result was 456.00. This just font even make sense. I will never use UHaul again after this experience.

We were stuck there for approximately 2 hours due to the computer crashing. Other than that, the experience was fin.

I would appreciate there being more fuel in the vehicle when I pick it up. Today there was approximately 1/4 tank when we picked it up. We stopped by our house for gas to prevent additional mileage. It cost $110 to fill up the truck and it was well over 1/4 when returned it. Our mistake for filling the tank but you shouldn’t have to stop for gas before you get on the road.

Drop-off went OK, staff (one person) was there to receive and came out shortly after arrival. Although friendly, he didn't take much time to go over anything nor did he do a comprehensive inspection of the equipment, which had minor prior cosmetic damage to a panel prior to my renting it, as noted in the Pick Up location. It didn't seem very official. He said hello, checked in the equipment and asked if I had any issues (which I told him about, notably the transport tail-light and the prior damage).

Lindsay handled everything very efficiently. She was helpful by telephone and in person and got me completely set up for my move. When I went to pick up the truck, I was told that they were missing (1) furniture dolly. I also had to go through the paperwork once again. Not a major inconvenience but the missing furniture dolly delayed my loading and offloading. The experience was still Excellent - by some additional equipment and store it!

Everyone at this location was pleasant and funny. I am a repeat customer for many years. I tell everyone to use this location because they keep all the equipment clean, looking good and I have never had any mechanical issues with anything i have rented. Not to mention, you have excellent people to help you with your needs .

Paying customers should be allowed to use the restroom. In my case, I had driven for several hours and was not even allowed to take a moment to take a restroom break. However, I spent over $300 with my rental..

We rent a lot of U-Haul vehicles! In all of the years of renting different vehicles and trailers, the team at this location is by far the best example of great customer service we have encountered. If you need to rent a U-Haul in Port St. Lucie, please do yourself a favor and use this location, even if it is a little out of the way for you. They make it easy and quickly get you out the door. The vehicles are clean every time.

Flagship Car Wash and U-Haul is very clean very professional Marty in the front office is an absolute gem the staff there are great guys they're well-trained they maintain the vehicles as well overall Flagship is a great place to go U-Haul itself on the other hand and leaves much to be desired through no fault of Flagship whatsoever that I have a horrible experience with a U-Haul truck the truck breaking down use the mechanic who showed up without any tools without a tow truck and expected and made me drive on the safe vehicle 3 miles to the flagship dealership rental center that truck should not have been driven at all I should have been put on a tow truck immediately but that did not happen because the mechanic was a guy who barely spoken English and wanted me to drive a broken down truck it was unsafe to drive 3 Mi and he made me do it and I'm very very lucky it was not in it was not even an accident U-Haul definitely needs to review its policies on when Vehicles break down how it's handled because I almost feel like I need to contact an attorney for what happened to me during this incident
