Very rural location with very little cell service making it very difficult to complete the online check in. Once we finally got through it, we were not given a code to get into the lock box. Had to call U-haul to get the code, opened the box and there was no key. The key was still in the return box. The whole process took 50 mins

SCOTT KLocated in an area where there is no phone service but expected to use a phone app to retrieve a code to get the key ! Took hours , not minutes ! No person there, no dolly nor blankets left inside the uhaul that I paid for !
