Hi There, I believe there is a mistake on my invoice. The odometer reads that we drove 120 miles, but that is how many kilometres we drove. We were quoted $1.09 per km. On the invoice it shows 193 km? When you Google The driving distance from 157 Dundas St E Unit 7, Mississauga to 42 Lowes Road, Guelph is approximately61.9 kilometers. At most we may have driven 10 - 15 km more so that would mean we drove a total of 135 km at the very most which translates to 83.89 miles. According to the receipt ( screenshot attached), 83.89miles x $1.75/mi=$146.80 or 135 km x $1.09/km= $147.15. I was billed $210, a difference of $62.85. We drove directly to that address and back, and I also left the gas fuller than I found it. Please make the adjustments to my invoice and refund my credit card. Best Verrilli

The location was horrible the worst experience l had with uhaul the truck was horrible from braking to fuel the truck have a check engine lights on the location people who works there are disrespectful I would never go and rent from there

Horn was not working, it is safety issue. Very old vehicle and was making very loud noises from rear drive area.

The store changed the time of booking without notifying me, when I arrived even though store hours say 7am -10pm no one was there at 11:30am. My original booking was for 10am got rescheduled to 1PM. I revised it to 11am and showed up for 11:30am. Long story short, after reaching out directly to u-haul customer service the owners of store showed up. I did get my truck, all though late. The truck was dirty, beyond seasonal winter mess, Tim hortons cups, previous renters tools. Overall worst u-haul experience ever , I would never rent from a non u-haul actual store. I also think the u-haul system is flawed as it allows to book without actual trucks being available. So it’s more of a request rather than a booking .
