Horn was not working, it is safety issue. Very old vehicle and was making very loud noises from rear drive area.

RAJESH YThe store changed the time of booking without notifying me, when I arrived even though store hours say 7am -10pm no one was there at 11:30am. My original booking was for 10am got rescheduled to 1PM. I revised it to 11am and showed up for 11:30am. Long story short, after reaching out directly to u-haul customer service the owners of store showed up. I did get my truck, all though late. The truck was dirty, beyond seasonal winter mess, Tim hortons cups, previous renters tools. Overall worst u-haul experience ever , I would never rent from a non u-haul actual store. I also think the u-haul system is flawed as it allows to book without actual trucks being available. So it’s more of a request rather than a booking .
