I paid for a furniture dolly and was not provided one. Furniture blankets were just thrown in the back of the truck. Truck was at less than a quarter tank when I picked it up. I was then charged $40 for gas even though they clearly didn’t fill it up from the previous time it was used.
Lucas AWorkers didn't know process for renting the truck so we had to wait. Then they overcharged on gas.

Catherine RMy Billing is still incorrect. I returned the vehicle a day before. Furthermore there was barely any gas in and being charged a for not filling the tank and maximum use of the vehicle was 15 miles. I have a call out to the branch Johnathan. Python was the gentleman I rented and picked it up off 845 Visco Ave Nashville. He is really great with great customer service and explained really well. Hoping to have my Bill adjusted for a refund soon .
