Didn’t even provide my 2 dolly’s, and dozen furniture pads after I paid for them lol. And now I have to waste 30 minutes waiting on customer service to get these charges taken off. Ridiculous.

I was completely bamboozled out of my money... I was totally screwed!!! I'll Never Use Them Again EVERRRRRRR!!!
ChaKita JI paid for a furniture dolly and was not provided one. Furniture blankets were just thrown in the back of the truck. Truck was at less than a quarter tank when I picked it up. I was then charged $40 for gas even though they clearly didn’t fill it up from the previous time it was used.
Lucas AWorkers didn't know process for renting the truck so we had to wait. Then they overcharged on gas.
