Please offer short term (4 hr) rentals at a reduced rate. Not everyone needs a rental for 24 hours. It would allow for more rental contracts per day.

Jessy GI returned the van at night after fueling it up to the same level as when I received it and dropped the key in the safe box as instructed. The next day, I was unfairly charged for gas. When I called to complain, the store manager rudely told me, *"I'm busy now, I can't help, I'll call you later."* Of course, they never called back. Terrible customer service, unprofessional and dishonest. I won’t be renting from them again

Paul GI reserved 12 furniture pads but only found 7 in the truck at pickup. I am returning the 7pads that were provided. Please ensure I am not charged for the missing 5 pads. That’s why 3star. Otherwise really good.
Young JWhile U-Haul makes it very clear that if you return the vehicle with less fuel than the original level, you will be charged, it is not equally clear that if you return the vehicle with more gas, you will not be refunded for the extra gas. This is a critical detail, in my opinion, that should be clearly stated and written boldly during the rental process and on the rental agreement. When some customers are shown the fuel gauge at pickup, they’re naturally cautious and often end up adding more gas than required, just to avoid being penalized. In my case, I filled the tank beyond what was originally indicated, even though I used the chart, but at the time of gas purchase I wasn't bothered, only to find out that the extra gas is non-refundable. I understand the policy, but it’s unfair that the emphasis is only placed on penalties for underfilling, while there is no equivalent warning that overfilling comes at the customer’s expense with no compensation or credit. Thanks

Daniel GThe person who I made the reservation with didn't reveal all the info that i required I was under the assumption that 19.99 a day 1.29 a km plus 1.00 enviro and 16,00 for insurance was the amount I did a cash depot of 120.00 I did 83 km charged me in miles instead of what was talked about just thew some number to change the rate didn't make sense i had it totaled out to 121.00 but ended up paying an extra 63.00 I will never rent from U hall again
TREVOR WCannot comment on the personnel as we checked ourselves out - no one was there to help after hrs at 6pm. Used self drop off - if we did not we would have been charged $20!

Mark BThis is first time i Used u - Hul service, lady didn't explain me that U-Hul gives miles she said it is for two days package so when i returned i had to pay 64 dollar extra because of extra miles which is fair according to company policies but misleading information and untrained staff cost me 64 extra. No U-Hul next time

Double from my 1st rental and the same route I used I found that he charged me the higher rate even tho I had the truck back in 5 hours NOT overnight very dissatisfied When I received my paperwork some one signed it not me it was not my signature and when I asked why the higher rate he really was confusing So I just left I would appreciate a call from customer service about this

KAMORUDEEN AI don't understand why I was charged $7.95 to pay by credit card. Kinda petty considering I'm not there to say no to that transaction and pay with another method. I even out well more than the necessary amount of fuel back into the van.
