How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe inside of the vehicle was clean, however the outside had dirt splattering onto the box storage until. The unit seemed to have very little suspension and there was a popping/snapping sound in the cab while driving from the passengers side of the vehicle. I filled to unit with 7 Liters of fuel which brought the fuel dial to just below the 3/4 of a tank marker, however was still charged for the full 1/8 amount of 6 liters for fuel top up. The link I was sent for returning the unit was invalid, so I down loaded the U-Haul app from the QR Code and didn't find any area to return vehicle. I call and left a voicemail message to return the unit and then dropped the key in the bin.
Tera SGot the truck i wanted. The app was easy. Vehicle was easier to drive than I thought for a 20 footer. I have no recommendations for improvement other than maybe have the desk tell about the app and.photographs. I didn't see the text til I got home. No big deal for me as I was literally 5 minutes away from my house - but I'm not.attached to my phone.
