How U-Haul Reviews WorkThese surveys are very unfair to the staff at your locations considering problems can come up that are the result of U-Haul's policies and it is taken out on the staff. The staff at this location have always been great and again these surveys are disgusting
JEREMY KThe service was good but the van I was given should not be on the road. It is mechanically unsafe. Some things I found are: 1# The front u-joint on the drive shaft is ready to fail. 2# The van just wandered all over the road. A two hand drive and only able to go between 60--80 KM's per hour. 3# The transmission does not shift properly. High rev before it shifts. 4# No power in the van to keep up with traffic. Engine not very strong
pat bI strongly recommend that, all U-haul's have full tanks at pick ups just like car rental. It eliminates the the complexity will going to a gas station and filling it up around where it was picked up. It is better to just fill up and hear the click and go drop. This is something that should be taking seriously. I don't use U-Haul frequently but I would not be surprised if implementing would improve the entire pick up and drop off process. I was at the gas station filling and stopping just to ensure the fuel guage is around where I pick it up and people around me got frustrated.
