- The windshield fluid was empty! - I saw the warning message popped up when I started the engine on indicated "Engine oil change soon". Suggestion: Check everything to make sure it is updated and filled up before rent out to a next customer who use.

Used second time the moving truck, everything was smooth and good

Edward SI picked up the truck and we did not walk all the way around the truck before we left with it, once we got it to my place and loaded we noticed the outside dual tire was low. Just to ensure that the tire was safe to drive on we presented to a tire shop. The tire shop found that both valve stem core were completely loose causing air to leak out of the tires. Perhaps a more extensive assessment of these trucks should be completed prior to sending trucks out.... There is no reason vlave stems should be loose so this is obviously a problem that had been going on for a long period that was never discovered by Uhaul or other renters of this vehicle...

Heba ADrop off was quick and easy. The staff at the counter was efficient and showed me that my mileage was within the contract range and he checked me out quickly.

Kyle MThe gas requirements are so stupid I can’t understand the thinking. Why would you start with a half tank as opposed to a full. Make it a full tank so you don’t screw people over on trying to refill it to half. I put it in the exact number of litres recommended in the contract to get it back to half and it ended up filling the tank. Spent an extra 50 dollars that you guys won’t reimburse. Dumbest decision making, what other rental company makes you fill it to half? Idiotic seems like a way to suck extra gas out of customers.

Attila LIt is not really the location that I have a problem with it is the return credit in which I was told I would receive a credit for the unused day I paid for. It was bad enough I had to detour 220 miles because of a closed road which I paid but I was told I would receive a phone call within 24 hours to discuss the invoice. Instead I received a visa charge 5 days later.

Joseph MI am writing to formally document a serious safety issue regarding my recent rental. Upon operating the vehicle, it became clear that the truck had not been properly inspected or maintained. The passenger-side mirror was loose; every time the vehicle hit a bump, the mirror shifted, completely obstructing my rear-view visibility. This equipment failure created a significant blind spot and a major safety hazard. In fact, the condition was severe enough that I was pulled over by law enforcement. I informed the officer that the vehicle appeared to have bypassed a pre-rental inspection, as the mirror required an Allen key for tightening—a basic maintenance step that was overlooked. This negligence placed both my father-in-law and me in a dangerous situation. I spoke with the location owner to address these concerns, but I believe this matter requires further escalation to ensure future renter safety.

David KI picked up the van in reasonable time. The check in process was quick and the woman at the counter was very pleasant. I went out to the van and the outside was clean. The inside was clean as well. It was not an issue for me but the van kept flashed a few times that it needed an oil change and it was asking for windshield washer fluid. If needed, as a 62 year old woman, I would not have been able to reach to fill the washer fluid. It was a beautiful day so it was ok. My credit card was charged in a timely fashion to what I had guessed the price would be. Over all I was very pleased with the rental experience and if I require another van at any time I will rent from U-Haul.
