Shelley CThe truck itself was extremely dirty. It also had black/brown tar stains at the bottom of the doors and the windows were difficult to see out of. I cleaned the windows, but didnt clean the truck. Brought it back in the same dirty condition.
David KI picked up the van in reasonable time. The check in process was quick and the woman at the counter was very pleasant. I went out to the van and the outside was clean. The inside was clean as well. It was not an issue for me but the van kept flashed a few times that it needed an oil change and it was asking for windshield washer fluid. If needed, as a 62 year old woman, I would not have been able to reach to fill the washer fluid. It was a beautiful day so it was ok. My credit card was charged in a timely fashion to what I had guessed the price would be. Over all I was very pleased with the rental experience and if I require another van at any time I will rent from U-Haul.

Cheri BVery easy location to deal with. Plenty of parking, supplies and a quick interaction with pleasant staff. Gas station is next door which made it easy to refuel as well. I will use this location in the future.
Geraldine WThe truck was weird to go cold dead for couple of times and had to call emergency services twice. It's didn't crank up a few times but trying a couple of times it would. This messed up my whole moving schedule and stressed the heck out of me.

Giuseppe EThe service at this location was exemplary. That said, I rented a truck to move two appliances. The entire rental was 3.5 hours and it cost me $250 even though the rental was advertised at $19.95. It was exceedingly disappointing to pay more than 10X the advertised rate and I will not be using the services again.

Jesi DSubject: Concern about rental vehicle condition and unexpected overcharge Message: Hello, I recently rented a vehicle from U-Haul, and I would like to share my feedback and request clarification regarding the total charge. 1. When I received the vehicle, the cargo area was not clean. 2. The steering wheel was off-center, and the vehicle slightly pulled to the left. On uneven ground, I could hear knocking sounds from the suspension. 3. Each time I stopped, I noticed a strong smell of coolant (antifreeze). I am a mechanic by trade, and I am confident it was coolant — this indicates the vehicle may have a leak or maintenance issue. Additionally, I expected the total cost to be around $100, but I was charged over $120 despite driving very few kilometers and using minimal fuel. Could you please explain why the final price was higher than expected and review whether I may be eligible for a partial refund? Thank you for your time and assistance.
