I was delayed over half an hour because they forgot to put the key in the lockbox. Had to call support and hold for a while, then support had to have someone else call me to help, so I had to wait longer. Then they gave me codes to all of the lockboxes but no key in any of them. I was working with a short time frame so this really put me behind the eight ball. Very frustrating. People make mistakes and I understand. But it seems I should mention this as it will cause me to not rely on this location again, I'll look for other nearby pickup spots simply because I don't trust things to work out right unless maybe it is during the day when they are open.

Michelle NicholsonOne of the agents refused to detach my trailer because their partner wasn’t in the shop. Told me to come Back. When picking up The trailer the guy told me to download my drivers license through the Internet instead of just taking the damn drivers license and doing it himself in the shop. Somewhat rude and obnoxious. If I go into a place to rent equipment and there’s an agent that doesn’t wanna do the work and why does the agent have to be there? Why shouldn’t I just do everything myself you give me a better deal I don’t have any agents !

Kelly PriceInside cabin was falling apart Not garbage but the interior has too much wear and tear. Ceiling falling down, steering wheel was crumbling. Cab needs to be refurbished.

Ray BanuelosI had a very good experience; The only thing I would mention that could be improved is that it would be good to give the user of the service a receipt of what it cost before leaving the facility rather than sending the receipt via email later; I didn't really know my final bill was until returning home and looking up via an email from U-Haul on my computer. When I left the U-Haul office that made me feel a little uneasy about the whole process, because if I had a question about my bill it would have been too late to discuss it at the time I actually returned the vehicle.

Rodolfo CosmeNot charge the customer when they have to have 2 service calls done one the vehicle. I was very disappointed with my experience this time. The truck had a new battery installed since the last time I used it and it was not properly installed.
william brinkThe exterior of the truck was well maintained however the interior was not. The interior windshield and dash hadn’t been cleaned in some time. This wasn’t noticeable until driving in direct sunlight. The attendant was however very professional, polite and courteous, that is why I will rent from this location in the future…….
MICHAEL BOWENthe location was good but I had a huge issue with the self-checkout through the mobile app. Both getting the car and returning the car couldn't be finished through the app. The app is super buggy. Really horrible experience. (Android Google Pixel 6) the folks at the location were very helpful though.

Roxanne RenshawInside cab had noticeable spillage of beverages. The dash board light was out on one side where the gas gauge is so it was hard to read when I had to refuel. Location is convenient but the trucks are packed so close together that you have to fold the mirrors in to get into the spot so it’s very difficult to back in a15’ truck and not hit trucks on either side. Managed with help of 2nd person but wouldn’t have been able to rerun the truck alone.
