This gets 'above average' because the checkout and check in processes were smooth (thx Enrique), with professionalism by both people. 1) The gentleman who owns the location checked me in. He was efficient and knew what he was doing. He has a good operation of Uhaul trucks and business processes. 2) The U-Haul truck cargo box was missing pads; if they were to come in the giant bag attached to the cargo truck. The bed was also unswept. I will note I am purchasing the use of a truck, and do not expect it to be brand new clean. 3) The exterior mirrors would gradually move throughout the drive, requiring me to reposition the mirrors. This can be a driving hazard and open uHaul to liability. I recommend putting in a service ticket to fix the mirrors.
PATRICK WAlthough the exterior of the van was not clean. The interior was in brand new condition. Will definitely do business again if we would require to move things again.

Jeffrey CVan had duck tape on the back door window like holding it up, door didn’t close right, and the rear door sensor was broken the van console always complained about the door being open. Arriving with a van in this state lowers my company’s image when visiting a customer. Van was wet inside cargo area.

Jim AThe person in the store who received the truck was not very well informed they were adamant that the price per gallon was $12 where the receipt said $7.75. They were adamant in this knowledge and they were a little combative about the price even though I told her that the receipt said otherwise please make sure that the representatives know the prices and the information so as not to add stress to the customer’s experience.
Sergio CWhen it was time to return the truck I saw the lock boxes and I thought to myself, "Oh crap, I really don't want to fight with that app again." But I stepped through the door and a gentleman asked if I was returning a truck. I said, "Yes." He said, "Are you ?" I said, "Yes." He took the keys and said, "You're set. Have a nice day." I was relieved that he was so considerate and helpful.

MICHAEL EPicked up with less than a quarter tank of gas. Truck broke down halfway through the drive. The tech took 2 hours to get to us and then once repairs were finally completed we had to find somewhere to stay for the night. Extended the trip by almost 24 hrs and we lost all the frozen food in our coolers.

JASON SNo issue with the location. Our vehicle had a faint odor in the cargo area but otherwise looked clean. My only gripe is with the mobile app—so buggy! We were set back 20+ min trying to return our rental. It had trouble confirming our geolocation and our photo uploads kept timing out. Please optimize the app.

Ramesh CTruck was in bad shape mechanically..either tank was not full or engine was consuming more than the normal gas.. I had to put about 7 gallon for only 42 miles…quarter of the tank was used.
